Can I fix it if I overtighten the spring/coil that adjusts the float level?Can I restore it to its former state?

The only thing that looks like a spring in there is a wire that holds the needle. You don't want to break that for sure, hard to reproduce one without a specific jig.

Each adjustment can be reset to factory settings with careful adjustment, be gentle with it and take your time. Don't expect to get it exactly right the first time. Check your float on both sides so they are equal. A twist in the tab can be worse than being to low or act the same.

I have been trying for days and today I realized that I measured the float level incorrectly, my float level is 17mm. What should i do know im sorry for late replying.(😞)
 
GUYS İ THİNK İM FOUND THE PROBLEM im screwed all jets and i saw my main jet is 105 its ok but the idle idle is 38 and 38 is much and the needle position is still at the top i have lower idle numbers 32 and 35 should i change idles?

Now was it having a hard time revving up or idling?
