I need help piston hitting head!!!

So I had to get a new cylinder for my motorized bike because the exhaust manifold f***** up, so I ordered a new cylinder and piston kit off Amazon. I've got it installed but for some reason the Piston is hitting the head. Can someone please help me?

Are you running the old piston on this new cylinder, or did a new piston come with it?

Did you use the two gaskets on the bottom as is usually required on these to keep that from happening in the first place???

New piston came with it. I thought about putting the old piston back in and trying that maybe

No it just has one on the bottom

Then you may be talking about the difference of a high hole or low hole mounting on the piston where the wrist pin and needle valve are located then.

Is the new piston identical to the old one? The pistons can come in 2 configuration. High hole and low hole.

You need to take it apart and compare the two pistons very carefully then.
