Can you put a cylinder like this on another 49 cc 44mm motored scooter bottom end ?

Stud spacing aside, if you can fix that issue you the have to consider the rod length, stroke, etc. and the effects they have on port timing and squish gap.

So then ...if that won't work what if I switch the motor can I put one of these on the frame would you think or would it not fit the scooter frame

Oh I assumed 2 strokes were 2strokes my fault I'll ask my mom instead she'll know thax tho. What even is a cg motor a "China girl" and does a scooter not qualify to get answers for because it's not a bike or China girl cause I'm pretty sure it's a 2 stroke made in china

CAG engines do not fit in most bicycle V's in the frame. They are longer and wider interfering with using the pedals. A few people have used them, but you need to redesign the mounting in the frame, not a simple task. The motors we use fit in the V, apples vs oranges.
