I need some advice on what helmet to buy.

Being that DOT, which is the U.S. Department of Transportation, That standard may not be available in the country of Lithuania...Hopefully they have a standard of their own that is like our DOT standard here in the US...American standards are not world wide standards...lol.

Yeah I'm sure they have some kind of safety standard for M/C helmets in Lithuania.
It would probably be way expensive to order from USA

I bought one of these. They come a bit large, so I wear a ball cap under it.
I riveted the bills together so it wouldn't flap up in the wind.
