I need to know how they set this like up

the guy who lives next door has a kid who rides a 49cc quad around, he was riding yesterday night and the quad has a built in light system that lights up the whole road and has a far range. I've noticed when he revs the bike the light gets brighter. does anyone know if this set up can be moved to a motorized bike? how does it work?

If you get a chance, follow the wiring, my bet is it's "white wire" and magneto set-up is superior in the sense there is sufficiant coil to for spark and lights.
As it revs the current increases.
If not, then it may have battery that re-charges from the same magneto/regulator etc.
I'm no auto-electricain, just guessing.
