A moped may or may not be required to have pedals; location, location, location. This is why I tell people to look up their local legal statutes. If you don't know your local legal statutes by number then you don't know the law. My state Tennessee statute is 55-8-101(35).

In Tennessee there is no definition of a moped. It's either a motorized bicycle, motor-driven cycle, or a motorcycle. In 2021 Tennessee came out with laws putting electric bicycles into 3 classifications.

I have a Lifan 79.4cc 4 stroke engine. I have fuel leaking out of the air filter. Any recommendations on how I should fix this issue please? Thank you.
