I've been trying to figure this out for about 2 weeks. I release my clutch to start the motor and nothing happens. I've tried adjusting the clutch numerous times and it doesnt work. Suggestions?

Remove the right side cover and watch for movement while trying to start, the clutch plate should be moving, if not check the key under the chain drive gear. If the disc is moving check the clutch flower nut adjustment, next would be the key under the small gear on the crankshaft. You also have a key under the big gear on the right side, watch where the movement stops and start checking there.

Try pushing the bike is the engine preventing the wheels from turning without holding the clutch?
If it's not your cable has engage the clutch give it slack there are 2 adjustments along the cable.
If you don't catch it there try the clutch arm give it some slack enough when you push it the motor turns until you pull the clutch in then bike moves freely.

Then there is the clutch housing a flower but with a screw in it to keep it in place you must take out to adjust the flower but by turning it by placing a flat screen drive taking a small object to bang it to turn.
If that is your case check your wiring from mag to CDI to spark plug take your sparkplug out put the boot back on place the electric against the motor to ground the electrobe and push it in the shade or dark to see if spark
Also did you turn your gas cock on.
