i was hit by a motorize bicycle.need advise and suggestion please!

Yep. And it’s a most egregious violation, leaving private property onto a public road w/o yielding right of way. Left turn, no excuse not to see a cyclist. There’s no fighting that in court. Settle settle SETTLE!!!

The only thing I add? Someone suggested protecting assets, transfers to LLC, etc. That won’t fly in court, they’ll be verified yours at time of accident, they’ll be seized, it’ll add presumption of guilt, AND you’ll get civil charges of dodging liability added to your woes.
With Blood Suckers time is money. A LLC or just a simple transfer to another person means even more time being tied up in court. Something the majority of lawyers aren't going to pursue unless the property is worth millions.

They're going to tell the MB'er to take the quick insurance payout.

In Most states, your residence is "homesteaded" which means it is exempt from creditors (other than mortgagee).
In TN that protection is hardly enough to hold a trailer on a lot.

Fortunately for her, in FL there's a potent homestead exemption, even if the e-biker gets lawed up he can't take the house or put any leins on it.

I had made that recommendation on page two of this thread as well and now ImpulseRocket also recommends the same thing, I am sure there must be a lawyer to help draw this up for you.
thank you so much again and i appreciate it. i will look for lawyer does that.

Hopefully you also placed your house and property under a realty trust provision to protect what is yours from possible other lawsuits in future that could arise from accidents, etc.
