Looks like a typical g4 cylinder engine with a round head on it.

That's a 49mm steel sleeve engine. You'll need a good Dremel to clean the ports.

I was just looking at all of the ebay listings that show this same style engine. All of them haven't sold many units. I think the most sold from one listing was 17 sold. This one has a different head design than the older listings that have sold a lot more units. This makes me think it just may be a new design. Hmm I might be buying one soon just to see what it is all about.
