Ideas on chain alignment and tensioner

I didn't realize how crucial chain alignment was on these bikes until I got lucky and appear to have mine aligned. The noise absolutely disappeared compared to before. Any good tricks to a good alignment? Also, any good tricks keeping that tensioner pulley from rotating or slipping?

Use a yardstick as a straight edge to get all 3 things to line up straight.
