So I got my bike back up and she runs strong but it won’t idle either it revs out like crazy or it won’t stay running without me giving it gas the idle screw doesn’t help even the slightest adjustment throws it between the two anyone have any ideas on what’s going wrong it’s a stock nt speed carb with a bigger air filter but even with the stock filter I couldn’t get it to idle.

What is your elevation above or below sea level, and in what position is the "C" clip located on the needle valve???...It has 5 different postions that it can be clipped into...DAMIEN
I’m about 453 feet or 138 meters above sea level
And the second part of the questions i asked you?...lol.
My bad lol I honestly don’t know what position it is in I’ve never really messed with carburetors before I didn’t change it from how it came other than a bigger air filter and cleaned it out once or twice

Loosen the hold down screw on the carb and push it on the manifold a little tighter. If that doesn't work, you'll probably need an O-ring for inside the carb.
