Someone needs some serious help

The bike is not climbing the hills like it use too because of bad gas,,, wrong air/ fuel mixture,,, improper timing,,, flat tires with no air pressure,,, or the wheels are missing...

Not saying that a person might be dragging a boat anchor behind the bike,,, maybe some seized up wheel bearings...

Powering up a hill into a head wind could slow things down...

Lots of other factors too...

Oh well,,, at least the OP can talk to whom ever too sort it out...

Thats what really counts

Yes I agree, a lot of other problems I just address this one. Low tire pressure most often a headwind another typical and a headwind up hill with a BB trailer act as a parachute tuff too.
