Just to start off with, fenders look sick, but they come at a price.

I love the look of fenders on a bike, and I would love to keep them, but I should have taken the 5 or 10 minutes to reinforce mine.

My bike is an older Huffy Newport. It's an amazing frame, and it has fenders.

I was headed down the road going 35 when with zero warning my bike started skidding almost like socks on tile. It went for almost an entire block. My rear fenders had busted off its mount and bound up the rear wheel and went under it. Now my rear wheel is screwed and the almost brand new tire.

They play quite alot of 90s rock though and that song tends to come over that station alot.

Probably because there were so few songs made that were even any good at all after the 80s ended...lol...lol.

True. There's only a handful of 90s music I will listen to by choice, most of it is rock.

NOPE, I wasn't the one climbing through the gypsum "sand" dunes, I stayed on the tarmac while they did the sliding down the dunes with their snow sled disks etc...lol.

Yeah, it was hard to keep it up, and when I hit my front brakes to slow down, I almost went down, so I let off my brakes and just skid. It sucks.

I had skinny tires on my first bike was not even going that fast front tire blew I went flying! Didn't get hurt but yeah like everyone else said glad your ok and the the bike parts can be replaced
