Just to start off with, fenders look sick, but they come at a price.

I love the look of fenders on a bike, and I would love to keep them, but I should have taken the 5 or 10 minutes to reinforce mine.

My bike is an older Huffy Newport. It's an amazing frame, and it has fenders.

I was headed down the road going 35 when with zero warning my bike started skidding almost like socks on tile. It went for almost an entire block. My rear fenders had busted off its mount and bound up the rear wheel and went under it. Now my rear wheel is screwed and the almost brand new tire.

These are the pictures

Get used to it, there is gonna be "drama queens" no matter where you work...I saw it in the Police Departments and I saw it in the Valvoline garages I supervised all up and down the east coast, It's just the way things are and the way people can be unfortunately... Maturity, accountability, responsibilty, etc, are all lost virtues anymore.
The only place in town that is hiring is the a&w, and I just don't want to work there. I'm just going to get my car running good and get a job in the next town over, there's lots more options over there.

Working for company's suck lol ..as a kid i worked at KFC for 20 minutes lol...I quit, boss was a jerk lol...I worked at the big chicken KFC... Its a KFC shaped like a huge chicken lol.

GW, go around to auto shops and sell yourself. Say you'll work for certain wage, $9 hr. You're mechanically inclined and want to learn the trade. Tell them you'll clean, change oil, do anything they want. If part time tell them. Dress for the occasion not like a teenager. Go in person, no calls. They'll be impressed thinking you're a go getter with kids these days. $9 suggestion, MW is $14 here. I got a lot of jobs as a kid/young man that way. Do well and learn your wages will increase. Always own up if you make mistake. Only use your phone on your time, don't even look at it while on the clock. People paying the bills hate that.

I haven't thought of mechanic mainly due to insurance these days. We have a local tractor pick a part I tried but they said they can't because of insurance

No wrecking yards, trust me on that. Every shop needs a gopher/helper. Certified techs don't want to be cleaning up or doing oil changes. They want to be booking hours. Shops hiring helpers keeps the techs happy vs ones that don't.

also ask your teachers and parents they will guide you
Forget the teachers...lol...Just ask your parents...The teachers these days are all way too busy "teaching" woke, socialist, left wingnut. courses and social engineering indoctrination like, CRT, BLM, and all the other things on the socialist/communist agenda...Things like, you don't need to work for a living, and the government will give you freebie handouts so you don't have to work crap, How to turn a boy into a tranny "girl" and vice versa, and all other such nonsense like that...lol...lol.
