Info on cabuerators

One thing after playing with and improving the 48cc engines for about 5 years, I find what gets missed with the carbuerator, is the main jet seat that is screwed in the center above the float, comes loose.
Depending on how loose it will lean out at times, only run at slower speed at times, than spurt ahead.
Before you tighten, find a good lock tight thread sealer.

Welcome. I have a thread that lists many tips or things that can go wrong with HT engines. Loctiting the main jet is one of them. I had one loosen on me a long way from home. It took me a while to figure out what it was and did a field repair.
