Info On Diameter And Thread Pitch

Does anyone know the diameter and thread pitch of the axles used on 2008 Ambassadors? I know they're metric. They're also very close, but not close enough to a 3/8" NF thread. Thanks for your help. Ron

Most likely a 10mm axle. (3/8... 24/64) a 10mm is very close to a 25/64
So most likely it would be a 10mm very fine thread... 10X.75

Generally solid axles seem to be 3/8 x 26 turns per inch BSC (British Standard Cycle) thread, so Al is correct as 26 turns divided over an inch will have a metric thread pitch less than 1mm.
