Invented a spare tensioner wheel. Has a smooth inner steel shaft and with a bolt going through it. Placed a spacer nut in the center w 2 washers at the outside ends so everything stays true while turning. A lock washer and nut holds everything in place then another lock washer and nut to bolt to the tensioner bracket. The wheels are some sort of super hard plastic or resin material - takes a sledge hammer to break it. Figured it will make a decent back up in case anything happens while on the road - threw it in the on-board tool kit.
