Is the roller bearing supposed to move around????????

Any parts you can get from a Stihl dealer will provide the best possible parts. I worked for a Park Shop for our city for 6 years and the best saw we had was the Stihl, (German made). We had 1600 pieces of equipment to keep running, I have worked on a lot of small engines. I would like to hear if the Stihl wrist pin bearing will work in these engines. You would not need the washers if the piston pin bosses were wide enough. If you install washers try and find Aluminum ones, you don't need the weight and the abrasion from steel. Are you just removing the bushing and installing the bearing? Again German 6202 bearings will last forever. Have fun Dave

Seeing the bore is rather small, couldn't you get a honer the right size from an auto parts store for under 10 bucks and hone away with a drill and leave a cross hatch pattern? Or do you really need it to be machined by way of drill press? It would be nice to keep a honer in my tool box.
