Chain Tensioner Is there a high quality chain tensioner available?

For sale that is? I see some really nice custom ones from some searches, but not sure if any good ones are available for sale?
 
figured as much, I smell a brand new business for someone crafty on the board :) --- well at least beer money assistance.
 
I saw something that I thought would do the trick. My problem has been getting both chains the proper tension. Here is something that you just might be interested in. This is not my idea.



Ajuust the peddle chain first, then use spacers such as these between the rear engine case and mount. These will move the engine both forward and up. This will be my next project on my cruiser, that way I do away with the tensioner all together. I'll make some extras in different thickness for later adjustment. I'll make them out of both 1/4" aluminum diamond plate and 1/8" steel flat bar.
