It looks like a solid frame, if there are water bottle holder holes in it I suggest you get a different frame. Also the engine you are getting isn't actually 100cc

That one does have the pre-drilled holes for a water bottle...That's what happened to my old Huffy frame...The normal motor and bike vibrations started stress cracking where the holes were in the frame and it cracked all the way around the tubing and snapped the frame.
Just grab a magnet to figure out if it's steel. Also @DieselTech shared a trick a little while ago, he said fill your frame with expanding foam if you have holder holes in it

It probably depends on speed, stress, frequency of riding, and where the holes are at. I think his bike's was on the seat post tube, that's where they usually put them on the Cranbrooks
