I'd say it's worth it for just the OCC. I paid 75 for mine and it was in worse shape than that. The rest is workable. I would need to see the motors closer to have any ideas on what they might be. They are likely just cheap china dolls.

The frame on mine was solid. But nothing else was.

Mine was in rough shape. The paint was cracking and peeling, the tires were shot, the chain froze up, no kickstand or chain gaurd, and the bearings were shot

I finally got to take mine for the first test ride. Definitely got some bugs to iron out but i tell you that motor is a beast. First time out(and of course barely giving any throttle) but it takes right off . I peddled alil taking off but i could tell it didn't need it at all and thats with a 36 tooth sprocket
