Is this exhaust any good?

I found this exhaust a while back on srapyard and painted it a bit and it works fine. Sound is good and I can feel maybe a bit more speed but maybe it is just a placebo efect. Is this expansion chamber or I need to get something better if I want more juice out of my engine?

I like that pipe, but I'd cut that expansion chamber in half and make it 2-3" longer. Give the pulse a little more room.

Measure your OD on the widest part of the expansion chamber and go to the muffler shop and see if they have a short piece to fit over it. Probably give you a piece for free.
