Hi there i have a 80 cc 2stroke that i went and put a start on. The motor runs awsome starts within 2 or 3 pulls. Theres been a couple time when i squeeze the cluch to disengage the motor it dies i try to bump start it and it wont even turn over the motor any ideas why thanks

If it doesn't turn the engine with the clutch released then the clutch probably needs to be adjusted.

open the right side cover/pull start. there should be a flower nut and tiny set screw which keeps the flower nut from backing out. pull clutch and lock it in. remove set screw, then tighten the flower nut 1/2 turn.
replace set screw, gasket, pullstart/cover.
test it.
the flower nut when tightened chokes up on the shaft. tightening allows the friction plate to pull away farther from the pads when the lever is pulled.
the clutch cable itself may be stretched and need adjusting.
