Italian motorcycle motors are WAY better!

The European engines are also rated for use with European petrol (gasoline) with a much higher octane rating. anyone know how a 4 stroke rated for Euro 95 octane gas would handle our 87 octane regular? knocking?

More than likely, although where does our R+M 91 octane stand against the euro 95 octane?

I wouldn't consider running a 4 stroke rated for euro 95 on any of our pump gas (except perhaps Unocal 100 unleaded race gas) until I found out how the euro and the American octane ratings compare.

Now, speaking of Italian...

I guess you could stand up and start run'n like he--, the trick would be avoiding the ever present face plant into the asphalt. Hurts just think'n bout it.

Well, I just finished the bike you are speaking of :D:D
It's a 25yr old Schwinn single speed coaster brake beach cruiser using a drum front bake and a S5 Morini 50cc eng.
And you're correct........no one else that I know of has built one like this yet.

regards,
Ray
