So I have a 49cc engine I did not buy, and a PK80 Wildcat from CMB, and an install kit for a PK80 also from CMB. I ditched the Pexmor's carb because it has a float problem and overflows. I'm using the new carb from the PK80 kit...

So the question is, are the carbs jetted different on 49cc kits than 66cc kits?

Is there a big difference in standard operating rpm between the engines? How many rpm an engine can turn is a big determining factor as to what jets get used in a carburetor; even if it's the exact same kind of carburetor being used on both engines.

Show a picture of the carb, maybe someone will know something about it.
