I posted a picture of the spindle that came with the jackshaft kit that I bought. That is a centimeter ruler by the way so it was about 145 mm end to end. What size do you recommend? This is on a mountain bike that had a one piece crank set. Now it has the bottom bracket adapter.

Ok you dont measure the threaded part. Something like this should work. You can search it on ebay as well might find it cheaper.
