I build and sell motorized bikes in Milford, Delaware. I sold eight this summer and am building a Schwinn Cruiser totally stripped and repainted Yellow with black motor. Yellow tank and black hubs and rims. I also bought the chrome accent pieces for the motor including the chrome slant head for the 60-80 motor. After I installed the head I discovered that the motor would not turn over. The piston was hitting the head. So I compared the two heads and it looks like the original head has a larger combustion chamber than the chrome head. Will adding another head gasket give it enough clearance to work?
