hey everyone,

its been about a year or more since i made a last post...which sucks alot because i miss the website soo much! but im back....anyways, im trying to fit a rear sprocket on the WCC chopper bicycle but the coaster brake is in the way. and coaster brakes on motored bikes just isnt very safe...i know that dissabling the brake clutch could result in a major failure...so what the heck do i do??should i just get a new axle assembly and get it relaced??? which ever option is the cheapest.....but safest..thanks!

Bend the brake arm to clear the bolt heads and still align with the chain stay.
Just be careful to not affect the center where it attaches to the brake cone. That needs to stay flat so the arm will attach to the hub properly.
It will take 2 bends. I had to re-adjust mine about 5 times before I was happy with it.
Some folks need to grind a little out of the bottom to clear the center hole of the sprocket too.

No problem!
It would be horrible to ride a coaster hub without it installed correctly.
