Jetting, and a Question about new cylinder

You have to go through a break-in procedure again to run the rings to match the cylinder bore.

If you get a new cylinder, take a couple pics and post them here before you install it.

Ok will do, I'm getting the ported avenger85 cylinder from gas bike fanatics, Isaiah sneed, also got a pwk21 with jet kit.

Here's the pics

You need to round off all those ports before you install the cylinder, they're pretty sharp and will snag a ring.

Is that a big crack I see inside the cylinder on the right???

I would say it looks a lot more like a plating delamination. Also seen in this picture. This cylinder is DOA and basically junk. I would be contact whomever it was purchased from for an exchange or return with refund. This was most likely caused during the porting process with a burr used at an inappropriate angle. The edges of a burr will sometimes dig under the aluminum at the port edge, and then lifts the plating up off the surface. This is the very reason I use diamond grinding bits at the port edges and not burrs if it can be helped, and if burrs are used, the cutting edges are kept as close to perpendicular to the edge as can be managed.
