Well I installed the cylinder, after I sanded down the cylinder for a better squish gap. Had a hard time running the new pwk21 carb but finally almost have it dialed in. I got rid of the air filter that came with it and put a velocity stack style one and runs a lot better. Went thru so many different jets before finally finding the correct ones. I'm about to take it for a good 10 mile trip and see how it does. Definitely noticable power increase from the ported cylinder and carb. At first a closed off the power jet but then tried it out and for sure can tell a difference at top speed..

Quick question, if I running to lean does that mean I need to go from a 100 main jet to a 102?

I'm running a 100 main, 38 pilot and needle is on 2nd slot from the top. But my plug looks a little greyish and seems like it's running a tad bit too lean

Oh and 32ounce to 1 gallon 93 gas

Also what does this mean? Took the air filter off and put a velocity stack on and it ran so much better?

Looks like u were sold a used cylinder that someone tried to clean up like new... Get a refund not worth blowing up your piston too
