Quick question, if I running to lean does that mean I need to go from a 100 main jet to a 102?

I'm running a 100 main, 38 pilot and needle is on 2nd slot from the top. But my plug looks a little greyish and seems like it's running a tad bit too lean

Oh and 32ounce to 1 gallon 93 gas

Also what does this mean? Took the air filter off and put a velocity stack on and it ran so much better?

Makes more sense but that's lean on my opinion, but I run mine a lil rich at 5 oz.

Does the cylinder have any imperfections on its surface? The ports can be cleaned up easily enough but the cylinder wall is a different story

Thinking I have a air leak somewhere that carb cleaner could t detect. Maybe crank seals?

Ive been doing 3.2 ounces of Lucas semi synthetic oil to 1 gallon of 93 gas. Is that not correct? Or do I need to use more oil?
