Is your throttle cable hanging up or a weak return spring?
No it has a good snap back when let go, it's definitely a air leak I think, when I rev it or am going fast then pull in clutch it idles high but slowly goes back down. It was doing that with the stock carb on too before I changed to the pwk21. I don't know how many times your supposed to use the copper head gasket but I've had mine off and on several times, checking squish and stuff. Maybe could be that? I order some more.
And it was doing that with the other cylinder before putting the ported one one so that's why I think it's possible the crank seals. Gonna take off both covers and spray water mist when it's idling to see if that's it.
I just hope it's not deeper than that cause that's where my mechanical brain stops and don't know any further lol
