this one is full of gems. front fork as rack?? jb welded hole in block?? worthless cantilever break as throttle cable connector? engine plate made out of craftsman mower deck?? engine power makes the roller bite harder?

this thing is so fun. rev it up, dump the clutch, repeat. pops small wheelies. tops out at 22, all motor, 25 if ya pedal.

Whoa.
I've been plotting a scrapper build, an old troy-built weedwhacker, on a diamondback step-thru, making a rig to put on my pivot I used for my old friction drive.

Never considered a fork!

the best part is there is no spring presssure, or cinder block required to make it grab. more throttle, roller grabs harder. the spring is there only to keep it from getting too excited, and bounce up and down (this didnt work, but tightening the bolts to the "hinge" on the rack did)
