Just Ordered Another Motor Again

Yeah, well that's how I imagine them in my head like an old 1947 Ford pickup truck much older than me at 3 million miles on it still running good and hard.
I mean why at 2600 miles they turn into junk and that's over a dozen of them I had. Why? Just don't understand unless that's the way they keep on making money or sell you one well never see you again in 60 years.
What is the advantage of a steel jug? What about rust?
can't rust if you use it. lol. advantage is the steel will eat a ring or bearing, with minimal damage. an how do you guys kill your bikes so early? I beat the living sh!t out of mine, and they keep on going like they want more.

You have to be willing to take a new engine apart and clean it up a bit before putting it to use. When the factory goes through thousands of those in a day, the workers on the line don't have time to clean all the casting flash and put them together right. Have you ever pulled one of your broken ones apart and investigated to why it failed? Or, do you really care?

It's only a steel lined jug, not the whole jug.

Well, right here is the test results of my third day of road test of my new motor with a 3-year warranty,
BLOWN SIDE SEALS!

But this time it's different it a 100cc and what's further different it has a f***ing 3 year warranties.
And the best thing so far there is a 3-year warranty, most 80cc turns into sh*t in 7 months that you can not fix.
I seen warranties for 6 months close gamble for them but they know they have sold a thousand and 6 months is where they cut the line cuz odds are in one more month be pounding on their door.
Well, right here is the test results of my third day of road test of my new motor with a 3-year warranty,

I can only tell ya, that after a lot of research on all these China Girls, Its things like this happening that i chose the Zeda 80 with its 6 month warranty above all the other CGs out there that you can buy, despite what their warranties are...NO leaks, NO problems, with my Zeda since i bought the motor in May of 2020 and now have almost 900 miles on it now.

Hopefully, whomever you bought yours from, will not give you any problems when you use your 3 year warranty right now.

What was it again im doing all wrong ???...DAMIEN

Some guys have all the luck,
but you prove my point I have made on several other post they are not really broken in until you get 800+ miles on them.

There was NO LUCK involved whatsoever !!!...It was all due to having a game plan before you start the build to begin with and having the mechanical skills, proper tools, and expertise to do it right the first time, and not having to keep going back to correct the mistakes that could have been avoided to begin with, if one had just thought out every single piece of the bike that is dependent on all the other pieces so everything works with everything else in harmony and not against itself.

This is the reason why this forum exists, some people do not have the expertise, proper tools, and skills, necessary to do these bikes up properly, A lot of folks that get on the forum think its simple...Just slap on a motor, tighten a couple of bolts, and go ride...lol...and thats when the failures begin, and thats where our more expert members come in handy in order to help others when they decide to finally listen to those of us who are able to help...Not a one of us "knows it all" but with all of us co-operating together, we can get the job done...In the multitude of counselors is where to find wisdom and expertise...wisdom and expertise is not found in a one man band...lol...DAMIEN

Here is one of the research tools i used to make my decision to buy my Zeda 80 from bicycle-engines.com.

I'm so damn confused, a Zeda is a police car and Co-thug-gov has a Jared Polis in Swedish means police I could mention William Shatner too but...

I was going to buy a Zeda too until I saw this other one $90.00 cheaper + free shipping save another $26.00 and it looks exactly like a Zeda came from the same mold.

Just how long can I ride a bad side seal before total engine failure?
There is a s**t load of oil leaking out looks unused. Instructions 8 to 1 wonder if the 7-11 oil is just plain indestructible ask them for a side seal have not heard back they cost I think $7.00 then there's shipping I think the last tom I bought one with all the tax and bullcrap about $18.00

The differences are not on the outside that you can see, All the CGs look about the same on the outside.

Its on the inside that makes all the difference, thats the reason why i included a technical manual on my last post so you can read just how different these things can be on the inside, where it counts...DAMIEN

Im so glad i spend the extra 50 bucks when i buy my kits. I have yet to receive a junk engine from my supplier. Same as any kit there is a little clean up, but i have received engines that needed nothing done but install and tune. I get being cheap with these, but if you are blowing them that fast... It's time for a new supplier or to figure out what you are doing wrong. Even the cheapo kits friends and family buy last longer than 6-7 months.
