Just bought new used bike; first timer; emptied tank added new fuel with 20 to 1 ratio; runs fine with fuel filter full ( fuel valve OFF) ---then when I turn valve on motor jerks and dies?? Is it my throttle? Is my gas too rich with oil? Please help All suggestions welcomed Thanks
