Lack of Engine Power

I have a Stinger Motor on my bike, stock it went a little over 30...but since then I changed out the carb and exhaust with a SHA Carb and Chamber exhaust from custommotoredbicycles.com and it was giving me some trouble...it sounded like a buzzing sound at high rpms and I could only go no more than 25. And I just changed out the stock CDI with a Jaguar High Performance CDI and now I cant even go over 23 with that same buzzing sound. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Rejet the carburettor for correct air/fuel ratio

first, try putting old parts back on to check that engine is still good - then try new parts again with tuning to get fuel/air mixture right
