Has anyone used a larger rear brake rotor so it doesn't interfere with the drive sprocket? There is a company that makes them with a bracket to relocate the caliper.

HI,

I think disc brake discs are normally about 6 inches in diameter....I have heard that 8 inch models are available but I think that would require somehow relocating the caliper too (so it grabs on the braking part of the disc)....It is possible to run a disc brake and sprocket on the same bike wheel....Look in the vendors section or do a search on "Top Hat" adapter.

Good Luck!

Andrew
