Ya, it's like that everywhere. They want the po po to make up a law when they stop you.
I ride in a safe and courteous manner, it's hardly ever an issue.

i am from wisconsin and i dont think the laws have changed... so, you need a drivers licence and do not need to title/register it if it cannot power u more than 30 mph. you do need lights but hehehehe... unless this has recently changed, if you encounter trouble just bring the statues to your...

When ya get stopped by the Cops telling the Cops the law ain't gonna help you.
I didn't have to read far to tell that some of these guys were complaining and telling half truths.

No but showing up to court with the statutes and explaining to the judge how the officer's attitude and disregard for the law have wasted everyone's time and taxpayers money and he or she will stop pulling you over. Most cops are good people but there are bad apples. Harassment suits against law enforcement agencies are easy to open because the agency has publicly documented all their interactions with you.

Insulting the Judge by telling him the Law ain't gonna help your case.
Blaming the Cop who gave ya the ticket ain't gonna help your case either.
Who's the Judge gonna believe, an upset man over a stupid Motorbicycling ticket, or a Police Officer of the Law? You loose
Your really gonna make an Beef with a Cop over a Motorbicycleing ticket?
Wouldn't it be easier to follow the laws their trying to enforce? Its only a Motorbike.
