Ld100 exhaust options

Have an ld100 coming. Notice the 27mm exhaust port. How do I utilize this? Cannot fit a phantom pipe on build. Want expansion chamber. Have fluxcore welder but don't trust the thing to not leave some debris in pipe... any thoughts/welding tips for exhaust?

We got a few guys here in the forums including a 16 year old wiz kid @Gordy who also does alot of welding that might just be able to fix ya right up.

I only have access to a flux core also lol. I could still make a decent pipe with flux core.

It is out of stock at the moment, but Zeda, ZTMoto, Phantom does make a Phantom pipe that fits the 80 and 100 bike motors.

Does that engine come with an exhaust? Use that flange to create a new pipe. Take a look at my avatar picture,

Thank u for the solid info an no it just the motor. I have an f2 thruster on its way and a bastardized nasty jack. However after some cutting and welding I have to say. NO a nasty jack is NOT a good mz clone. It's total junk. There were welds Melted thru so far thar the opening was like half inch. For whoever this helps nasty jack= trash. The pipes their awful service and no existent qi.
