Learning About Motors

Hi, I was wondering doers anyone have a good reference book or website where I can learn all about these engines? Or how these engines work in general and operate. Thanks.

You're already there.

Just start reading these threads. Click on any headline that looks interesting and read until you've finished the thread or lost interest. Then click on another. You'll learn a lot quickly. You'll have a few laughs, too.

I suppose there are reference books and technical websites and such. But you'll need to find different ones for the different types of engines and motors, drivetrains and such. And it'll be dull reading.

You'll have a lot more fun here.

meh. these engines are just like all other engines.

if this site isnt enough, theres others.

having the engine in front of you and a good grasp of how anything works and theyre dead simple.

Oh, you have found it for sure. this is better than any book. here you get mad feedback from seasoned veterans of the motorized bicycle world. if you can't find what you are looking for just ask and wait. before you know it there will be plenty of answers.
