Are the 80cc Bikes legal in Nova Scotia, i just got one off ebay and they are shipping it tomorow i paid $226 CND .

I'm not sure about the rules and regs in NS, but I'd guess that your 69 cc "80" is not legal because it is over 50cc. Here in Manitoba, as far as I can determine, they're legal if they are under 50cc. You have a dremel tool and some paint? If so, see my solution below.
