It is so funny that even the teeth of the chain sprockets must correspond to the law.🤣

Typical German over regulation in Germany and Austria

The little Chinese engines for these bikes are all forbidden by law to drive with.

German police got a German in Northern Germany driving a Dutch made

Motorbike „Spartamet“. He was fined 420 Euros !! Crazy!!:seenoevil:

The Spartamet is completely the same as my Saxonette but only 5 km/hr

faster.

Remind me to never take my bike over there to ride...lol...The police over there would hit the jackpot with me if they caught me on your roads with my bike...lol.

I got to spend 2 weeks in Germany my senior year in high school. Even back in the early 2000's I got to learn about the micro-managing level of government regulation employed over there. It's borderline comical but also a really good way of teaching a young me just how much freedom we have in the U.S. and how more and more each year certain parts of our government are becoming more and more like what is seen over there (California and NY).

Then there's the 6 mph speed limit in Austria and the 12 mph speed limit in Germany 🇩🇪 for motorized bicycles 🛵 but no speed limit on parts the Autobahn 🛣🏎🏍. Maybe it has something to do with the 20%+ alcohol beer 🍺 they're drinking lol

I wonder if the old Luxembourg Whizzer is allowed on the road in Germany and Austria
