Well hold on. The largest the engine can be is 30cc?

Yeah, why even bother putting an Engine on the bike. LOL
Remember fellas, maximum speed is 20kmh. That is somewhere around 12 to 13mph off the top of my head. A 30cc can easily achieve those speeds. So can most out of shape cyclists putting in a little effort.
