LEHR 25CC Throttle cable replacement/ removal

HI all I have this prob. U see the brass pin, it will move in and out sort of the cable will move up and down it is not connected to the brass pin.I think the brass pin is a holder. Damned if I can figure out how to remove it . THINKINGS?

problem solved it was the pin that acts like a hold back, it was removed with very small needle nose pliers. Thank you come again.

I bought the kits a few years back and just got around to deaking with it , the cable was cut before i got it . The engine runs well. I have let to ride it , but will post on it

OK, Mod if u can change the title to .... lehr 25cc propane review.
I got the critter on the road, with 25cc its under powered for me, but fine for those who wish to go slower. Very quiet and smooth running. pix to come

gottcha, just thought a mod could do the change and i would not clutter the board
