A tub of vinegar for the worst of the rusty bits.
I suppose but HCL is way stronger than vinegar.... H+ concentration = 10^(-PH)
vinegar Ph 2.4 ---- 10^-2.4 = 0.004
HCL Ph is 0 -------> 10^0 = 1
1/0.004 = 250: HCL has 250 times as much H+ ions as vinegar has.
and the ions are what do the dissolving. So basically the HCL will dissolve 250 times more bolts before running out of H+ do dissolve anything.... Basically HCL is way cheaper than Vinegar if you factor that in... Plus HCL is cheap when you get it at a pool balance. Dont get it for cleaning or muriatic, get it for pool balance PH, its cheaper and stronger molarity/ conentration...

Really only on the badge. 0475 I saw that in your pic and I got nothing too,.
Did ya look on the frame rear dropouts and under the frame where the crank is? Schwinn says that where the serial # should be
