Looking for a bike

I'm looking for a bike that is like a Cheetah Cafe Racer, Wicked Thumb Destroyer 750 or Schwinn OCC Chopper something i can sit on lay back and relax on, it doesn't need the fat tires like these three bikes but i rather not speed 3000$ on the bike alone just to get the bike.

i'm looking because i got permission from the women to build another bike but i can't find the style frame i like without it being either the OCC which need special mounts or a complete bike like the Cheetah Cafe which is 3000$ on its own.

if it helps any this is road use only no dirt/sand/gravel and i'm looking at the phantom 85

the photo you put looks exactly like a Schwinn OCC i can tell you that and if it's not then it's def a chingchong rip off like the tangs and i rather not have to go through special mounts as i mentioned

Yea it's exactly like the OCC, 20" rear wheel and single rim brake on the back. I thought it was bigger, but when I delved into it farther it was small.

i looked at that but i don't wanna take a month trying to figure out how to put disk brakes on it before i go out and break my neck
