My Job has offered to pay half the amount on transportation in a non stupid range because they are tired of seeing me walk 3 miles to and from, so i decided to look into a E-bike but i can't decided so I COME HERE

i'm looking for a bike that's atleast 750W and can go 20+ Mph with just throttle would work decent in winter (Michigan weather) and handle rain

would be a BIG plus if it can make it 20Miles on just throttle for going to visit family and returning but if it can make it close i could charge while at the family's

Price range would like to see no higher then $1500.00 because $750 is still a-lot for a bike for me that is :p

i was looking at the velowave ranger since its for sale at $1399.00 but i don't know if there is something better
Unless yur thinkin folder, !st thing is a good frame, no asymetric dropouts if you want it to last. Next, readily available. inexpensive
parts. A $5k bike will have model specific parts you can wait months for. I'm a big guy, but 500w is plenty of power. My bikes
easily climb most anything on mid gear. Basic & simple is especially true for a 1st ebike, Something that's a real bike to begin
with that happens to have a motor. There's quite few good bikes in your price range. Check the EBR reviews for specs etc.
& give careful consideration before choosing

Have you thought of building one from an ebike kit, and a cruiser bike? I
did a 750 watt and only paid about $200 plus you have to buy the battery,
all from Amazon.

What kind of cruiser would work for these e-bike kits? I have been thinking about some sort of E conversion on this 1980s Murray Cruiser I bought, but I'm not sure what to look at as far as compatibility with these kits. The forks and rear dropout are pretty narrow on mine..

For the money this is really good,

Now if you're looking to ride farther, then just add a dual battery discharge balancer and another battery and you're good to go :)

And just a little word of advice...after a ride just wait an hour or more before you put it on the charger..like when ya get to work,
park it, wait an hour then hook the charger up.

Voltmeter is yur friend as well. 48v batteries full charge are 54.6v and empty are 39v so keep it between 15/20% and 80/90%
There are so many variables it gets nuts...like the size of the tire for a commuter in my area and my style of riding would be no more than 2.8"
and no less than 2.5" The Aventure in my profile pic is just a comfy weekend park cruiser LOL

Yeah the new Aventon adventure 2.0 looks like a real nice E-bike for the money they asking for it. It to me appears to be the best bang for your buck. Lmao I absolutely know nothing about e-bikes, but will own 1 some day. The Aventon Adventure 2.0 is what I'm leaning towards.
