Looking For Parts

I am buying a motor,and I other parts from (customshop05) on here and he has everythig i need except a tank, and frame. Any sugestions on what type of frame I should use? I'm just going to be riding around with my wife and every once in a wile open it up and let it run! I'm a big tall guy 6'4 300lb so a small bike wont work for me. I have a mountain bike now. Question 2 I live in Houston TX does anyone know somewhere or anyone down here that can help me with this build? Thank to all for any and all help that can be offered.
