Looking for tech information

Anyone out there know of a source for tech manuals and other information for the Taiwanese Whizzer copies? A wiring diagram for instance would be especially helpful. The serial number on the engine is WME010419. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.

Whizzer Wiring Diagram

I've been asked to e-mail the Whizzer wiring diagram quite a few times, so I thought I'd just put it on the site. For some reason, I couldn't post the pdf file of this even though it's well within size limits, so I rescanned it as a jpg file and resized it so it should print out at actual size...
