Looking to mount a 212 predator with a torq conv.

Here is the engine mount to mount a predator 212 in a bicycle frame.

I didn’t know that very nice CNC 212 gas frame motor mount is available. Wow, it has a tensioner and jackshaft both. I believe it should be used with a solid seat post that goes through the entire length of the seat tube.

Yes it should. It's not a cheap mount. But it is by far the best 212 bicycle engine mount I have found. If they were not soo expensive I would have 5 of them.

I mean in case they stopped selling them you would have at least one on hand to do a proper build.

I didn’t know the Death Row Engine Kit was still around. The CNC mount in that kit is adequate as long as you make sure the mounts make full contact with the seat tube and down tube both. It may require some very careful filing or rotary dremel work to reconfigure the shape of the mounting surface.

I might make a 2nd build later down the road with the 212, but I could not find as much information as I could about my current build for this.

The engine looks so wide that you could not even pedal.
